The Promise is a licensed Christian radio station serving Chillicothe, southern Ohio, northeastern Kentucky, and eastern Indiana.  The Promise is owned and operated by Christian Voice of Central Ohio, Inc., a not for profit corporation (CVCO, Inc.) with a three-fold mission: to encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord (Romans 3:23; 5:8; 10:9); to encourage you to become an active member of the local church (Hebrews 10:24-25); and to motivate the local church to be the salt and light as Jesus defined it (Matthew 5:13-16).

We are funded by our listener’s generous donations as well as selling underwriting to local businesses.  If you wish to make a donation, that would be greatly appreciated!  You could drop a check in the mail, or, you may use a credit card with our secure server.  (Checks should be made out to The Promise).  CVCO, Inc., is recognized by the IRS as charitable under 501(c) (3) of the tax code.  Therefore, all donations to the organization are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed under law.
